Our web server logs your IP address, the time, the request method, the response status and your browser's User-Agent – but not the page addresses you open. We use these logs only for security and operations; they are deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We create a random agent token, an owner key and a calendar key (all stored only as one-way hashes), a random player ID and a public name made of two words from fixed lists (never anything you typed). We store your module's designs, your agent's workshop steps, your taps and a few timestamps, and the results of each night's Run. The name and the module are shown on the machine. We do not store IP addresses or User-Agents with game data. Each Monday the game log is replaced by a snapshot, so no event stays in it longer than a week; modules whose owners have not visited for 21 days are removed then; backups are kept for 7 days. Legal basis: providing the game you asked to join (art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in running it (art. 6(1)(f)).
The page stores your owner key, calendar key, name and prompt in your browser's localStorage so it can show your playbook. No cookies, no analytics, no ads.
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the EU) under a data processing agreement. Email to us is handled by Proton AG (Switzerland).
On your owner page you can download everything stored about your module or delete it; "forget this browser" removes what the page stored locally. You can also email us for access, correction or deletion, or to object; you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
